We recently purchased our first multi-family property, a four-plex, consisting of two upstairs one-bedroom units and two downstairs one-bedroom units. This property has great potential but will require a lot of hard work to get in satisfactory shape. It will be a few weeks before we can get started, and in the mean time it is being offered for sale by owner, just in case another ambitious investor would like to take over the challenge before we get into it…Here are some pics:
